Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AdLeak (“the Service”), operated by GrowthPartners (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

AdLeak is a free advertising audit tool that analyses your Google Ads and/or Meta Ads account performance. The Service generates a health score, identifies waste, and provides recommendations to improve your advertising results.

The Service requires you to grant read-only access to your advertising account(s) through Google OAuth 2.0 and/or Facebook OAuth. We cannot and will not modify, edit, or change anything in your advertising accounts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to grant access to the advertising accounts you connect. By using the Service, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share the advertising data with us.

4. Account access & data use

• Read-only access: We request read-only access to your advertising data. We cannot create, modify, pause, or delete anything in your accounts.
• Data processing: Your advertising data is processed to generate your audit report. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and retention.
• Revocation: You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or Facebook Business Integrations.

5. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use the Service to access accounts you do not own or have authorisation to audit
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Service’s audit algorithms
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label the audit reports without prior written consent

6. Audit reports & recommendations

Audit reports are generated automatically based on your account data. Recommendations are suggestions based on algorithmic analysis and should not be treated as professional advice.

We make no guarantees that following our recommendations will improve your advertising performance. Results depend on many factors beyond the scope of our audit, including your products, market, competition, and implementation.

7. Shareable reports

Each audit generates a unique report link. If you share this link, others may view your report. You are responsible for controlling who receives your report link. We are not liable for any consequences of you sharing your report with third parties.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, algorithms, scoring methodology, and branding, is the intellectual property of GrowthPartners. Your advertising data remains your property at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWTHPARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which, for the free audit, is zero).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowthPartners and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking OAuth access and requesting data deletion.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
